Seed Pods

I planted two trays of seed pods yesterday to compare growth to the aquaponic systems.  The majority of them are planted in peat moss seed pods and a selection are planted in coconut coir pods.  I planted some in coconut coir because I am considering purchasing more tanks to build more systems and then transfer the sprouts into the tanks using clay pebbles as the grow medium.  Although I read this typically upsets the plant and the growth from there on is not as successful as starting the seed in the same medium it will grow in, I would like to see the results for myself.
The two seed pods trays are situated under two 75 watt plant lights.  Because the wattage is higher than the lights above the tanks I have these lights running from 10-4, an hour less than the tank lights.
